The record
Home Handoff gives every property a secure, living Home Passport, the home’s digital manual and operating record. It organizes systems, documents, warranties, maintenance, trusted vendors, inventory, and property history around one registered address. Astra Intelligence helps homeowners ask questions and retrieve answers from that record, while secure transfer tools allow the home’s useful history to move forward when ownership changes.
Every registered address receives one secure Home Passport. The current homeowner controls access and can invite household members, trusted professionals, and future owners when appropriate.

Home Handoff is a white-glove service, not a software subscription. Our team does the collecting, the organizing, and the verifying, the finished Passport simply arrives.
Disclosures, manuals, warranty paperwork, vendor contacts, photos. That is all we need to begin.
Our team reviews every document, removes duplicates, verifies serial numbers, and follows up on anything missing. Done-for-you, not software you set up.
Private, branded, and organized around one registered address.
A metal NFC Home Passport credential ships for the handover. Most Home Passports are completed within 3–5 business days after all required records are received; large or complex estates are quoted separately.
Your name stays with a record the owner returns to for years.
List the Home Passport as an included feature, the operating record conveys with the property. A prepared Home Passport can make a listing feel more complete, cared for, and ready for its next owner.

Astra Intelligence is included for the first year on every engagement. After that, platform renewal is $249 a year on Home Passport and $495 a year on Estate Passport, billed to the homeowner, not to the agent, the agent’s engagement is the one-time fee above and nothing recurs to them. The core Home Passport records remain accessible whether or not the renewal is kept current.
